To be the best possible Real Estate resource for my clients I sustain a commitment to my professional education. Since earning my California Real Estate License in 2001, I have taken advanced training in analysis, appraisal, escrow, contract law, buyer representation, sales and marketing.

When a client wants to sell a home, I ensure the process is the fastest, most profitable, and stress free experience possible. My strategy includes pre-marketing considerations, education about the market and the selling process, and management of the home preparation process. Above all, I make sure negotiations and the escrow is not only as smooth as possible, but focuses on your interests.

When I help an investor or buyer choose a home or investment property, my first step is always to understand your needs. Then through detailed needs analysis and a proactive property search, I make sure that your needs are prioritized through the close of escrow. Once you are in your new home I remain in contact to help you with referrals to resource providers and to provide updated market information.

Although I have my Brokers License, I have chosen to work with Red Oak Realty because the structure and support the company provides allows me to provide you with the best service possible. Going beyond buying and selling homes, Red Oak Realty helps build and maintain the communities around them through the Red Oak Opportunity Foundation (R.O.O.F.).

In addition to being a regular supporter of R.O.O.F., I am also a sponsor of Team Oakland, an East Bay bicycle racing club and am involved with the Oakland Rotary Club.

A native to the East Bay, I currently reside in Oakland with my wife, Laura, who works locally as an interior designer, and my 5 year old son, Dane, and 2 year old daughter, Jett.

Community Involvement:

As a member of the Oakland Rotary I am actively involved with the House Building committee which provide low cost housing to low income households in Oakland.
Through the Red Oak Opportunity Fund our company gives back to local charities focused on housing and education support in the Oakland and Berkeley Areas. Last year R.O.O.F. provided over $70,000 in grants.
Member and sponsor of the ‘Team Oakland/Kaiser Permanente’ bicycle racing club.
In the last 2 years I have raised about $5,000 towards the eradication of breast cancer while participating in the Breast Cancer Fund’s East Bay Century ride.
In 2004 I raised over $5,000 towards the eradication of leukemia and lymphoma and ran a marathon while participating in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s ‘Team in Training’ marathon program.
